Mike joined Barclays in 2008 as a Relationship Director on the Manufacturing team. After two years in the Bank he was offered a leadership role in the broader Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics team and in 2012 was promoted to Head of Manufacturing, Transport and Logistics.
