Insights from the Charity Learning Series

With the current tough operating environment, charities need to continue managing the huge existing and growing demand for their services. This report provides insights from the conversations held at the Charity Learning Series events jointly organised by Barclays and Cass Business School.

Six key topics facing the sector are discussed: sustainability, efficiency, collaboration, risk appetite, innovation and scalability, and use of reserves. There is a list of questions at the back of each topic for charities to think about and diagnose their existing processes.

Read the report and check if you have ticked all the boxes to create a vibrant, resilient, and sustainable charity.
