The software should be installed by a user with the appropriate permission to install software e.g. with administration privileges.

As soon as you have successfully logged in to BIB, you will be able to access information on how to set up Users within your organisation as well as day to day support for the service.
Following successful activation, Users will be able to view support material to help with making payments, transfers, importing and exporting transaction information.
To access this material, you and the Users within the organisation will need to Login to BIB and select the 'Support Material' tab at the top of the BIB Welcome page.
