Alternative formats for accessibility and disability

At Barclays we ensure that our product documents are accessible for everyone. If you’re blind, have visual impairment or difficulty reading, you can get our product documents in Braille, large print or audio by calling 0800 027 1316 and selecting option 1* (via Text Relay or Next Generation Text Relay if appropriate).

For clients outside the UK you can either contact your local Barclays contact or call +44 207 757 7323 and select option 1**, requesting a call back if required.

So we can quickly assist you we will ask for the following information:

  • Name and contact details
  • The document(s) you require e.g. Cash and Cheque Clearance User Guide
  • Format of the documents required (Braille, large print or audio)

Barclays' employees

If you are a Barclays' employee calling on behalf of a client, you will also be asked to provide the internal reference number displayed in the footer on the back page of the document, starting with 99.
