Paul Birley – Head of Public Sector
Paul has over 30 years’ experience within the banking industry with Barclays. He helped set up our Healthcare strategy in 2001 and has headed up the Healthcare team since 2008. Paul has since taken on Education, Not for Profit, Local Authorities and Government and continues to take the team from strength to strength.
