Paul Birley - Head of Healthcare
Paul joined Barclays in 1981, moving into management six years later. In 2001 he helped set up our Healthcare Strategy and, since then, the business has more than quadrupled in size. Paul was named HealthInvestor’s ‘Banker of the Year’ in 2010 and appeared in their ‘Power 50’ in 2011.
